absolutely the worst meal and service I have ever experienced. I have better meals at Chili's.....
When we complained (several times) the manager was appologetic but at that point it was too late. I even wrote an email to their corporate office to complain and never even got a response. At this point, I will go out of my way to make sure that I reccomend people to stay away from this restaurant chain.Published February 22, 2012 -
Had Thanksgiving buffet there with 7 people. It was excellant with a wonderful variety of dishes. Full turkey with wings & legs. All side dishes. Also stuffed schrimp (delicious), crab cakes, talapia, Italian dishes, steak, ham, etc. The help was at your beck & call. Read some bad reviews so was pleasantly surprised.

Worst high end restaurant I have ever seen. Food, decor and service were less than many chain restaurants..............

Seems that they are riding on reputation not skill. Ordered the special 3 lobster=tail dinner and all three tailswere lukewarm. The salmon ordered by my wife was also lukewarm and mediocre. We wold have been better off going to another less highly-rated fish house nearby. Very disappointed.
