Gourmet Italian in unpretentious setting. Shrimp risotto was creamy and delicious. Caruso's Sunday Gravy is al dente spaghetti with delicious tomato sauce and three types of meat - out of this world. And the baked clams? Heaven. This may be the best Italian food on Long Island (outside of my wife's kitchen). Note that they have temporarily lost their license and cannot serve wine. Perfect Italian food even without wine? Try it.

Horrible. This is a place where they deliver cold pizza and when you bring it back the owner is very nasty. If a child asks for water they actually refuse. They really don't believe in the customer is always right. We would never go back.
