Used to stop here on my way to Sacramento or Tahoe! Caspers is the way God intended hot dogs to be made and consumed -- steamed, served too hot to hold without the bun with mustard, relish, and freshly sliced onions and tomatoes to order! Caspers is now a five generation tradition in our family.

The best hot dogs ever! Have them will all the fixings and if you really want to be decadent have a cheese dog, just be sure to take 2 Lipitor tabs.
