We have now been a few times and each visit Catahoula has impressed us. We don't know Cajun-Creole all that well but what we've seen here has impressed us. We loved the catfish and shrimp po-boys at one visit. The cornmeal oysters with cream pernod and a tomato relish were fantastic and filling. The NO style bbq shrimp also impressed as did the duck jambalya. The bar takes up a lot of space but is an impressive old wooden classic.

Great hidden spot. Cool outdoor seating - and we can bring the dog. Hang out with oysters and beer or cider. Nice. Very nice.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is it has a lovely outdoor garden. Otherwise it is a totally mediocre spot.

Excellent neighborhood pub with fabulous Cajun food. Great beer selection and friendly service.

Modern and fun versions of good Cajun standards. I would go back again and again, but please…don’t try and tell me that a Po Boy is supposed to be messy and covered in gravy. C'mon.
