This "upscale" but moderately priced Newburyport spot specializing in European coastal cuisine pays special attention to Portuguese (the owner's heritage) dishes created by chef Patrick Soucy, a die-hard locavore; a new location in a historic three-story brownstone offers more seating than the old one down the block (as well as a communal chef's table, two bars and an extensive wine list), all while maintaining an "intimate" vibe with lots of candlelight and exposed brick.
