Central Kitchen & Tap

I really wanted this neighborhood restaurant to succeed, but it looks grim. The food is inconsistent, sometimes terrific, but often a disappointment. The ideas are there, but they fail during the execution phase. Menu items are often charred to the point of being inedible, obviously due to the inattention of the kitchen staff. One could overlook the lackluster decor, if only consistency was assured. The staff is friendly, but inefficient.
