Centre V no longer exists. The Arrabelle tried to reinvent the French Bistro several times and it never worked, so now it is part of the Tavern at the Arrabelle, and it's rather mediocre.

Expensive, bad food, poor presentation, my osobucco was cold, ran out of certain plates, vegetables..... mediocre is a good rating ... for a World Class resort like Vail

Great place if Don Watson or another top musician is playing.
Drinks are good -- however, beyond an appetizer the food is really mediocre. It's hotel food.Published December 2, 2010 -
What was originally a riff on bistro fare has become a genre-less place with bad food and incompetent service. Complete with identity and idea. yuck!
