This is the most horrible place I've ever been to!!! So My boyfriend and I went into to Cesar's to have a nice diner after the Cub's game today (I live a block away on Halsted and Briar). We sat down at the bar, ordered our drinks and our food. My boyfriend, noticing his phone was almost dead, asked the bartender if he could charge his phone. An older man comes up, takes our drinks and tells us to "Get out!We don't want your kind here!"

A group of 11 of us (all in our early 20’s) recently ate here on a Saturday night and had a blast. The food was great! I had a Super Chicken Burrito ($9.00) which I could hardly finish and a 26 oz Killer Margarita which held up to its name and only cost ($10). To top it all of they gave the table complementary Mexican soup, and at the end each of us a free Tequila shot. All 11 of us at the table had an entre, and a Killer Margarita and the bill was only $220 including tax and 20% tip. This place was great I highly recommend it!
