Granted, it's a "no-frills" affair, but this Hell's Kitchen Vietnamese fields an "authentic" menu highlighted by "terrific" pho and "very good" banh mi; aesthetes fret about its "take-out feel", but the "inexpensive" pricing and "brisk" service are fine as is.
