One of the BEST restaurants in San Antonio! While it is a Brazilian Steakhouse, the salad bar really is to die for.... my vegetarian friends love going there! All the meat is delicious- everything is cooked and seasoned perfectly, and the side dishes are outstanding. I've been here 3 times, and each time has been better than the last. I would recommend Chama Gaucha to anyone and everyone.

I like Brazilian steakhouses and was hoping this would excel. I left with mixed reviews. The salad bar was good, but I think others are better.The meat was mostly very good but overly salty. Wine prices felt high. Service was very good. Overall a good experience and generally comparable to similar restaurants but in my opinion not unique from the others in this genre.

Top Notch! The best Brazilian in town. Food was awesome and the service was amazing. Seating was spacious and prevented you from feeling like you were sitting on someone's lap. When I made my reservation I told them it was for an anniversary, we were welcomed with congratulations and our desert had a warm message spelled in cherry sauce. Outstanding.
