Welcome to the anti Vegas. Everything you've learned to dread about LV dining is gloriously absent here. CPS is uncrowded, quiet, calm, and comfortable. The sound and fury of slots and tee shirted yahoos an area code away. True, it's only a steakhouse, and menu choices are not extensive, but what's wrong with with an excellent cut of meat, perfectly prepared, with a few interesting sides? Our servers were excellent. Sommelier knowledgeable and refeshingly unsnooty, with an extensive list to accomodate any credit card limit. Expensive? Yes. Worth it? Damn skippy. Returning? Oh, yeah.

First impressions are important. The hostess made us wait 25 minutes for our table with an empty restaurant. No updates were given on the wait time and no smiles directing us to the bar. Overall service was adequate for a mid range restaurant-not what is expected in a Four Seasons property. The wine brought to the table was not what was ordered. Steak was solid, well cooked but not worthy of a premium. Overall mediocre at best.
