Wasabi has the best and most authentic ramen in the Chicagoland area. Their yakitori is top notch, and the sushi is also excellent. The atmosphere is open and welcoming, and a great place to meet with friends. It's BYOB with no corkage fee, which frees up

If I were forced to pick a religion I'd go with 'BYOB sushi,' and this place makes for a pretty nice, affordable church. Near the L, walkable neighborhood, nice food. The great ramen is a bonus.
