We have been to this palace in past few time, This time our experience was awful When we received our food was cold, had absolutely no spice at all. Nan was dry and cold. Dal was so cold we had to send it back and was served reheated. We we asked the lady gave us explanation that was unbelievable to an Indian family. I could go on an on but will stop here. I would not recommend to any one. - SM
Let me begin this review by saying that the food was fairly good. Having said that, I have to say this was one of the WORST dining experiences I have ever had from a customer service perspective. Clearly, either this establishment does not have a clue how to provide good service, or they don't care. I would like to fill a page describing the horrendously bad service (and it wasn't due to just one particular individual). My advice? DON'T GO!
There was a nice choice of usual and unusual dishes. As other reviewers have mentioned, we were treated to a complimentary Nepalese dish along with our order. The atmosphere was very pleasant and quiet. Service was quick and accommodating. I'd go back again if we lived in Chicago!
Best Indian Restaurant at Chicago i have visited.
Home of the 64 oz. Steak. Old school steakhouse. Small and clubby atmosphere.
Upscale Indian nowhere near Devon, what a nice evolution to the Chicago dining scene. Very nice quiet ambiance will lovely classics and favorites done well.
