Been here several times and loved it. Twice this week, in town for a meeting, steaks (ribeye, strip) had off,chemical flavor that totally masked the taste of the dry aged meat. Two replacements had the same off favors. Are we too close to the flame? Concerned for what had become my favorite Chicago steak house.

If you don't love steak before you walk in, you will before you walk out. What an incredibly good place to enjoy beef. The setting is a bit too crowded for my taste - but if that might cause some worries about service, the excellent waiter still make you feel like you're the only guests in the place. Wine list contains some true gems. On the other hand, they clearly know what a good steak and a bottle is worth - still, definitely a winner.

These guys get it right every time! The steaks are some of the best ...in a town known for steaks. The service is always perfect. You can get lost in the winelist , which is available on an IPad.
It lets you search for a wine in a number of efficient ways.
The patio has a nice view of the Chicago river and Downtown.

EXCELLENT. Steak, sides, service, decor all first class. Our server Jessica was outstanding. Made a last minute reservation but they treated us like regulars. Excellent wine list but pricey. Would most certainly go back.
