Set over two levels with an outside courtyard, this elegant cream-and-white dining room is nestled in a former Victorian gothic fire brigade building that is now home to André Balazs' Chiltern Street Hotel. Overseen by avant garde chef Nuno Mendes, the open kitchen on the upper level sends out modern takes on a US-influenced (yet very on-trend) international menu, delivered to tables by a sharply-suited staff.
