Huge menu, even has a section for vegetarians and vegans! They do amazing things with seitan! Though recently they replaced the home made steamed buns with some pre made brought in ones. Of course they're not as good. Decor is pretty generic "Chinese food place". There's a sushi bar as well.
This is one of the best restaurants I've been to.
-Some of the ingredients are so fresh that the best way to top this experience would be if they grew the vegetables themselves in a greenhouse on the roof (see below for the story of my special order).
-Throw away what you knew about Chinese food, because most restaurants only serve an American adaptation.
-Throw away what you knew of traditional Chinese food, unless it was prepared from scratch
