Extremely rude staff. I came with a small group of people and we tipped 20% of the total before tax was added, and we were told we could not leave because you are "not allowed in Boston's Chinatown" to calculate the tip that way. After discussing it with the horribly rude man in front we walked out, leaving them with the tip we originally left which was more than enough given the poor service. Will never be returning.
The food you want is sometime gone by the time the cart get to you or that it got cold by then. It a great eat if you want to try a variety of sample dish to share in a big crowd.
mass produced, bland food served in a cavernous restaurant. so many other choices in the area to choose.
Best place in boston for dim sum. Get there by 11am on the weekends to make sure you don't have to wait too long for a table.
Still one of the best places for traditional dim sum. Once your wait on the stairs is done, the familiar bustle of fun food surrounds you. Point and choose - all of high quality.
