Cold and hot bars were very good. We made the meal here. Meat poles came twice in 1.5 hours. We didn't get enough meat to comment on quality/mediocre.2 neighboring tables complained. Formica tables, ceramic floors reminded me of a cafeteria. Not worth $100/couple. Was busy. Why? Complain early and often!!!!

Braza is a typical Churrascaria. The sides they serve are very good. The meat was all well done when I went. I like most meats cooked medium rare, so I was not impressed with the food.

Their salad bar is interesting and varied. It's an eating experience if you are a carnivore !
