"As you would expect from" Top Chef's Tom Colicchio, this Chelsea "standout" is "top-notch all the way" from the "stellar" American "smart plates" and "first-class service" to the "striking", "spacious" surrounds; "stratospheric" tabs are the only catch, but the Tap Room delivers similar "excellence" for a "lower price."
