Not only is Cook St. Helena one of the most enjoyable & comfortable places to eat, the food is AMAZING.I found Cook St. Helena while visiting the wine country with my girlfriend. We found this full restaurant while walking down the street and decided to give it a try.The food was maybe the best I have had in years...The chef's penne carbonara was the best my girlfriend said she ever had. I had the risotto...which I CAN say, the BEST risotto I have ever eaten.We shared the ceaser, which was great...Dessert was also very enjoyable.I can not endorse this place enough!

Used to have the best Calamai and Egg Plant Parmigiana (with Bechamel!!!) in California. Sad story!

Teensy tiny small, but BIG in quality. Great food. If you get there at opening you can grab a spot at the bar to eat. The daily specials are always great. Yummy!

The best fried calamari I've ever had! Huge portions of high quality food cooked perfectly. Nothing fancy, but satisfying and delicious.
