Beautiful Inn; excellent food; harried understaffed service
Absolutely brilliant.
Last two trips to the Copper Beech Inn were a huge disappointment, won't return any time soon.Anniversary dinner a bust ,most of the menu(at Pip's) unavailable. The menu was changing tomorrow,so they were out of elements for many choices. We took a friend for his birthday,a Copper Beech Wine dinner, good thing he had left over pizza at home. The food portions were tiny (1/2 half a squab is absurd to serve). We were mortified.Huge price, tiny bland food
Always wins local (ct) dining awards, but not that impressed. Had better food for less elsewhere and decor is a bit much, unless you like that style.
Most romantic place for dinner!
