This neighborhood bar is really a treasure of the back bay. Simple appetizers and quality sandwiches make up a great "pub menu." They can even be ordered as small plates in a pinch. Well made martinis including a perfect french 75 and apple martini are made by very courteous, mindful and knowledgeable bartenders. In short, not a place for a romantic night, but perfect to meet up with friends or a great place to start or end your evening.
This place was much better as The Last Drop. Bring back the dart boards!
Once a local dive bar called the last Drop. Craft beers, wine, and food were brought in to "spruce" this place up, but in my opinion it was not a good investment. The staff are slow and rude. My food was bad, very bad, but I will say that the chicken wings were delicious. I ordered the Cobb salad as well. The dressing was bad, the bacon tasted like bacon bits not fresh bacon and the chicken in it is dark meat. Save your hard earned money.
