Had lunch and cocktails overlooking the golf course. Nice experience, solid food (waiter told us the chef was previously at the Commander's Palace in NOLA, which explained the awesome shrimp and grits). Fun seasonal cocktails, addictive truffled Parmesan chips, will definitely go back for Sunday brunch.
what a wonderful meal. quality of the meats may be the same SW and Botero but the preperation is much more creative. much quieter atmosphere which may turn off some guests. Fish dishes also well prepared and very flavorful. loved the gumbo. having Charles as waitwer adds to dining experience as he is quite knowlegable about all the preperation. next visit we"re looking foward to Sunday brunch with New Orleans dixieland jazz.
While a good experience, this is not one of Steve Wynn's better dining properties. The food is solid but not better than an average upscale steak chain. The location is convenient if your a guest of the hotel but not if you're just looking for a great place to eat.
Want to watch a game on tv and nosh on great food? This is the place. We love to order the steak and fritz while watching one of our sports bets play on tv....can't beat it! Ambience is cozy, especially in the winter, with the dark woods and ralph lauren styling.
GREAT VIEW AND GREAT FOR LUNCH
