  • This is the only real restaurant in the five towns. We moved here from parts of NYC that have the most highly ZAGAT's rated restaurants, and we enjoy Da Nicola very much. In fact, my wife is going there right now to pick up an awesome 10 oz bacon cheeseburger with a house salad instead of fries (really?!?) and a veal cutlet parm for me. You love it. Maybe we can convince Nicky to open a steak house in the area too!

  • We are so lucky to have this culinary treat as our favorite neighborhood spot. I would travel miles to get there if I didn't live locally. The food is incredible, the staff are always attentive and pleasant with great service. Prices are very reasonable. We eat there 2-4 times a week, and also order out, never a bad meal. Drinks at the bar or a quite table. We love Chef Nicky and Rob makes everyone feel at home.

  • LOve DaNicola. My wife and I are there 2 to 4 times a week. Great staff, great food reasonably priced. The manager Rob, servers Albert,and Donna are outstanding warm people. Its just a great place to dine and enjoy.

  • A CULINARY TREAT. ESPECIALLY GOOD AND TASTY WAS THE GOAT CHEESE SALAD, MUSSELS-TENDER & DELICIOUS, AND FLAVORFUL MONTECASSINO VEAL ENTREE. PORTIONS ARE GENEROUS. SERVICE ATTENTIVE AND CARING. A FINE PLACE TO DINE.

    FOLLOW UP: REVISITED. FOOD AND SERVICE WERE VERY GOOD, INCLUDING TASTY WARMED BREAD, SALADS, SPECIAL DUCK ENTREE--VERY CRISP, & STEAK.

    AVOID FRIDAYS & SATURDAYS. SO NOISY U CAN'T HEAR EACH OTHER.

  • went here recently...place nice, but a very very snobby clientele!!!..hostess ignored us, waiter was very attentive though!! food was overpriced!!...and awful..very salty appetizer and main course. the steak was tougher than shoe leather!! only good item?/ the salad!! very small portions..forgetabout it!!should have gone to another restaurant instead of this managerie!! also girlfriend said the ladies room was ridiculous!! too small!!
