Two couples gathered to see each other after a long time. The 37th Anniversary dinner special ($37 per person) sounded like a good idea. It turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had in NYC. The food lacked imagination, seasoning and presentation. The lamb paillard was credit card thin and just as tough. Our server was rude, annoyed when we asked questions about the special menu. In a word 'schivezza'.
wonderful, wonderful italian food, innovative. service delightful. worth the expense.
getting tired our server was on his cell phone in front of us constantly
