Fairly sure they served me regular coffee when I ordered decaf. No excuse for that. I contacted the restaurant (as I remember though their website) last year (as this happened some time ago) and never got a response. Needless to say have not been back since. Things happen. Waiters do bad things sometimes, but management should respond.

As a native New Orleanian and with a son born in NYC but who eats like a native, when we are feeling the need for "back home" Delta does the job very well. I like the Half Shrimp/Half Oyster Po' Boy, my son always heads for the etouffe' and my wife the fried chicken. The fried tomatoes and the fried grits are always good. When I am particularly homesick, I sit at the bar, knock back a couple of Abitas and bitch about the Saints.

Very decent cajun/creole for midtown. Try the blackened anything. Gets crowded and loud every night. Service is ok, don't expect much.
