  • I agree with Kurt. Nothing to write home about. Clientele were yah - whos.
    Food was very disappointing. Drinks were watered down. The old lady almost knocked us out with the alcohol on her breath and rotten teeth. Would not return or recommend. Extremely disappointing.

  • Tapas were interesting , soup wasn't anything to write home about. I would probably choose just to grab a drink there next time... Food wasn't enough to draw me back in.

  • Dev's on Bank Street is a Mediterranean Tapas Bar and restaurant that fuses Spanish and Asian food. I was pleasantly surprised by the unique dishes and excellent service. Entrees are inexpensive for the quality of the food. I highly recommend the Japanese Sea Scallops and Seafood Italiano. Or eat from the extensive tapas menu (great mini crab cakes). This restaurant is a gem! So good I had to go back a second time while in the area on business.
