Better than having a personal chief. The restaurant is very small,pre fixe gourmet. Run by CIA trained duo Peter and Merrel Robertson. Filled with locals and not easy to get reservations. Best to get on there email list to get menue early.

It was a really great deal when it was $45/person. Now, at $52/person, not such a great deal - but the food is still great, and the owners are the nicest people you could ever meet - very personal service! And they do a different gourmet meal every week. Hopefully, they will expand some day. The restaurant is so small and noisy - with so many people in such a small place at one time.
Hard to get a reservation. Very small and intimate. Could go a bit lighter on the garlic...someone has a very heavy hand. And need to get seafood forks - how do you eat crab without a seafood cracker or proper fork? Unique experience for the Hamptons.
Exciting.
