The food was great, but half the menu was unavailable due to equipment not working, was a little dissapointed on that note, but i had the poke and it was delicious.
The "domo" roll and the creamy sake were amazing enough that I won't count the grouchy waiter against them (but really dude - was there somewhere else you wanted to be?). Best sushi I've had in a long time. The place is small though, and all seating is counter + high-chair style so if you're going on a date, maybe make sure it's at least the 2nd or 3rd.
I am definitely a fan of this tiny sushi joint. I am a big fan of sushi rolls (my favorite being Sushi House in Alameda) and this place lives quite up to the hype. The rolls are a lot less heavy than Sushi House but it's quite good.
The space may be tiny, but the experiences aren't. Exquisitely crafted sushi served by super friendly staff, and you can watch the chefs at work from anywhere in the restaurant. This place has set a new standard for sushi for me!
This is my favorite sushi spot in SF! Its a tiny hole in the wall with amazing food. The ingredients are fresh and the combinations are surprising. There is generally a wait but its always worth it!
