I've been following Don Emilio around Westchester/Fairfield for 20 years. This is his best spot yet. Keep your eye out for Bill Clinton

While the foods is very good, the menu is overpriced relative to other Mexican restaurants in the area. The owner is always friendly, and the margaritas are tasty. Not as many options for young diners.
