The tortilla making machine is NEVER on, service is minimal. A free meal couldn't get me to go there again!

These tamales are fantastic! Can't say enough about the family approach to business and customers - everyone pitches in. Vegas has so many Mexican restaurants that excel at food, service and drinks. Dona Maria specializes in tamales and they are not to be missed if you're in the neighborhood. Nice pour in the cocktails too!

Good place if you want standard Mexican dishes. Except for tamales, fare is ordinary cheese laden Mexican. Tamales are great, I buy for parties and pot lucks.
