I took my son for sushi and it was not edible the dragon roll had eel slime in it, the spicy tuna rolls were stringing and warm. Salad was 1/4 of iceberg with a few carrot strips for 5.95. My son didn't even like the crab roll. Miso soup and the salad was only thing edible. When I complained about the dragon roll they tried to tell me it was eel and that I didn't now what I was talking about. They did not make any adjustments . will not return

I primarily order takeout from the dragon gate. The food has been passable but pricey, Customer service a high priority. But the place has sunk to a new low.Last Night (memorial day 2010) I ordered the Peking Duck and found human hairs (that's right !) in the food. After much arguing they offered me a refund. Back at the restaurant I was told to leave my number for a credit for the 'next order'. Obviously there 's not going to be next order.
