Yes, you can come here to people watch and be watched, but the food is very good, and the atmosphere can be conducive to a business dinner on a weeknight. The menu is delightful, but the servers need to be more forthcoming about what to expect, as in letting diners know that the lamb lollipops come with a cream sauce and the the Haute Chocolat dessert comes with hot chocolate. Having to ask lots of questions was the only downside to eating here
