The only pho shop downtown caters to a diverse Georgia State and Fairlie-Poplar clientele. Food quality is excellent. Long line at lunch, but moves fast. Terrific people-watching. Bun bo hue, House Special Pho, Bun bowls and Bo Luc Lac all good -- you can't go wrong. Delicious hole-in-the-wall.
