  • It's been a while since I've been here, but I have very fond memories. Their mexican food is among the best in the area. Always busy. When I lived nearby it was always a go-to place for me and my friends. I miss it and will return soon.

  • Service has been inconsistent here recently. The food is generally good; however, I found it strange that I was told they don't have mustard to put on hamburgers...or any other sandwich. Fixes are required to ensure the right combination of customer service & quality food.

  • One of Poughkeepsie secrets. As the web site says the best of the southwest in the northeast. From the house made salsa and chips, Tex Mex fare or the eclectic specials every thing starts out fresh and ends up delicious. The back of the house is excellent and the front of the house (servers etc.) is in need of some motivation. Decor is uninspired but pleasant.Beer selection is large and the mixed drinks are potent. The bar is friendly and cozy

  • Went to the Dutch Cabin last night and was delighted with the food. The decor is moderate, needing some attention. The wait staff was decent, pleasant but needs to be more attentive. The cost is a great value for the quality product put out by the chefs. The regular menu is Southwestern fare. Specials are a mix for all palates ranging from traditional French to inventive new age culinary trends with top notch house made desserts.

  • Great bar with an added room for the restaurant on the weekends. Famous for their Nachos, their daily specials also are always great and inventive. Sometimes service is spotty however consistently pleasant. Overall, it is a great value on freshly prepared southewestern fare with pub standards on the menu as well.
