Didnt care for the food.
Service was good, place was clean.
This is NOT a fish restaurant.
Their emphasis is the BAR, not dining.
If you are looking to eat, go elsewhere.
But, if you want to drink, EB is fine.
First time at Nautical Mile and E.B. Elliots - The atmosphere looked ok mature crowd. Had dinner ordered the special - Lobster tail, Crab cake on a bed of mashed potato with clams inside. The lobster was hard more like reheated, the crab cake tasted like it came out the box and the mashed potatoes were pretty good. Then I got the bill $38 , Then I was upset , I thought it was a special? this is the last time I go to this place. Never again. Dont
Go for happy hour, enjoy the setting and the free baked ziti. Don't stay for dinner. The food is outrageously overpriced based on the quality, and even the pleasant service won't make up for the disappointing dining experience. And the noise levels in the dining room on the second floor will prevent you from carrying on a conversation without shouting.
$13 for 4 small baked claims that contained nothing but stuffing should sum this ridiculously expensive rip-off joint. Crab cakes are huge but were all filler & should be called bread cakes. No tarter sauce, no bread, no ketchup & no salt were available nor was our waiter most of the evening. Steamers were excellent. 2lb. lobster at $44 was overcooked & tough. Of the three $8 desserts we had 2 were so-so but the rancid key lime pie was sent back
My advice would be to find another place.
