  • The Best restaurant in the world, the food is amazing, but the service is what really makes the difference. Adria is one of the genius of the Century and he is one of the reasons why is everyone trying to know more about food. I hope to get another reservation, worth the trip.

  • There is simply nothing to compare El Bulli to. By far the best dining experience on the planet. When it comes to thinking about and designing dining experiences, Adria is in his own league and there are many dimensions between him and anyone attempting to come close to him. If only I could get another reservation to El Bulli.... (From 2009, open July-Dec)
