ETV is delectable and cheap. It remains opened late on weekends and weekdays. The guac comes in huge portions and is outstanding. The vegetarian tacos are delicious! Besides for the waitresses who sometimes mix up an order by fogeting to hold the sourcream, the wait staff is friendly. My friend left his expensive camera there, and they returned it to him promptly. A definite delicious dive!
