A dish of braised boneless short ribs with a gravy-like sauce, asparagus, and garlicky mashed potatoes...unbelievably tasty. One bite of the beef and my whole mouth was overwhelmingly filled with a whole bowl of beef stew. This dish is definitely in my top 5 last-meal requests. more here: http://molltk3.blogspot.com/2013/02/the-elephant-walk.html
A French and Cambodian match made in heaven. Consistently great dishes.
Well worth remembering.
The food here seemed a little strange. The illness that followed later that night confirmed my suspicion. Admittedly I was the only one who got sick, but 1 out of 3 isn't great odds - I would not return.
The decor is a unique treat, and the food is a unique combination. The food allows one to travel between the two culture. Thinks outside the box
