This new West Village wine bar manages to cram a lot into its “little” duplex setting, i.e. a fireplace, two bars and a variety of “quaint” mismatched furniture, plus an “appealing” garden; while the vino and Italian small-plates offerings don’t deviate from the norm, the “charming”, labor-of-love vibe separates this one from the pack.
