Once again, we visited a new restaurant and found the ZAGAT ratings were right on target! ENVY is well-named. Located essentially behind the Wynn complex and walkable from the Sands Convention Center, ENVY is worth leaving the Strip. We enjoyed the best Sea Bass and about the best Filet in all of our travels. Matching the great food was very attentive and humorous service provided by five - yes five different people highlighted by Josh Drennen.
