We've been here a few times. The food is always good and the restaurant has a nice vibe. Friendly service too. Also, this Bridgeport street (Fairfield Ave) is on the way up. Several restaurants/bars have opened here as well as a movie theater. We will definitely return to Epernay!

So glad I got over the fact this restaurant is in Bridgeport. Worth the drive. Mussels, scallops and pasta were excellent. Wine was great and they serve an generous glass. Our waiter was pleasant, prompt and engaging. Go.

We had dinner at Epernay tonight and the ambiance was nice, music was good, servieul was good; however, the portions were very small. I ordered the chicken sausage entree. I received two sausage, 1 small fingerling potato cut in half, one 1/2 of a small cherry tomato, small portion of fruit chutney. it was good, not special. I propably wouldn't go back. the price was 18.95!!!!

great looking place but they have been having problems with retaining a chef. food very inconsistent.

Odd room with food that disappoints. We had high expectations, but they didn't deliver.
