Great neighborhood restaurant food and service is consistently top notch. Menu offers adequate selection of fish, chicken and meat dishes. Dining area is not that big and it fills up fast so make reservations.

Ernesto's is still one of the best chioces on the north shore. Returned last Sat. night and had a wonderful meal even thought it was busy. Still a bit noisy but the service and food are worth it.

The food is consistent, they will accommodate substitutions, with no problem. The veal is always tender & Alex makes a great martini & makes you laugh. The special veal & chicken are always good. You will definitely be back again!! Enjoy

Ernie's - as it's affectionately known as in my household - has the MOST incredible homestyle, fresh Italian food! The veal dishes are especially amazing. Ernesto and Karen are wonderful hosts, they make everyone feel at home, and the head waiter Alex is the most attentive and knowledgable server I have ever met.
