This Lower East Side New American "gem" attracts a "saucy clientele" for its "boozy brunch" (a "must") and "bargain" happy hour, all served up by an "amicable" staff; the high-ceilinged, "warehouse-style" space can get quite "loud" when it's "crowded", but that doesn't deter fans of the "funky, fun" vibe; P.S.
