Dollar tapas with great selection. Friendly but not overly attentive servers. Looks pretentious but isn't. Sort of perfect!

Estragon serves big tapas with big-time flavor. Bring a group and order generously--you'll feel like you're feasting and leave stuffed.

Great Spanish food, especially the steak. Highballs for wine glasses are not a good idea, though. And the decor is garish.
