Truly a great little hidden treasure. The food is impeccable with attention to detail. The staff is super friendly and offer top notch service. Small quaint little restaurant with views of the river. Perfect for a romantic special dinner. The executive chef is friendly and was very interested in how you enjoyed your meal. Can't wait to go back. I hope the town allows them to expand we need more restaurants like this on the island.

I've been there twice in the last year and have had great food both time. It is small but the view on the river on a nice summer evening is great. Products are fresh. My only criticism is that there is a huge difference in price between for example a dinner salad (which I had and was good for $8 including chicken) and the special of the day which are on average $25-30. Therefore it is not necessary cheap... but it is if you bring your wine!

Lunch on a deck overlooking a country yard rolling down to a creek... what's not to enjoy!
Hidden on RT 25 just off the LIE when getting to Riverhead and heading east toward their Main Street, just a mile or so before the town on the south side of the street is Farm Country Kitchen... It's easy to miss so slow down and don't let the appearance on the street - which looks like the front of a big old house/shed tucked back behind some trees.

Have lunch on the river. watch it flow while having a great salad topped with salmon or cajun chicken or a panini for a lower price than the quality calls for.

Unique offerings in a riverfront farmhouse. Very interesting specials. According to the owner/manager, "What would you like? We'll make it!"
