We came on a Saturday night and the hostess was rude and wouldn't help us find our party. We made it clear we had tickets for a performance at Bass at 8:00 and despite getting there at 6:15, the service was so slow we didn't have time for dessert. We were rudely told by the waitress we could come back after the performance for dessert. I posted to their FB page and they deleted the comment and blocked me from reposting it. Terrible restaurant.

When we went before the opera at the Bass Hall this time, the service was so slow that we had to leave before the food arrived. They were well aware at the time of reservation and when we sat down that we had to make the opera. When we called the manager the next day he said they were just swamped by the opera crowd. Well, either you hire more staff for big events, or you limit the number of reservations, but don't let people starve.

"If you are going to the theater (Bass Hall) this is THE restaurant as not only is it right across the street, but it has a great menu and you don't have to worry about making the show on time. Service is very good. It is noisy, and tables are close tog"""

"Great service if you're off to a concert across the street; they really scooted us out, and we enjoyed the meal. One day, however, we've got to find time to sit comfortably for a whole meal!"
