Participate NowIt is all about the meat at Fette Sau. The decor and service is minimal and no fuss. The pork ribs and baked beans were phenomenal. The brisket was pretty damn good but not amazing. The food is very rich though so we couldn't finish our meal. Happily they provide foil to wrap up your leftovers to take home. This is definitely not a place for a long leisurely meal. It is more of a get in, get your meat fix and move on elsewhere kind of place.
Amazing bbq and beans!

The wait is long. The night that we went the brisket was very dry. The person sitting across the table was raving about it from a previous occasion. The ribs and pulled pork were good, but definitely not the best I've ever had. The baked beans were good. The broccoli salad was not good. It was very noisy, almost impossible to carry on a conversation. I would not go back.
The service was awful, but the food was amazing. I went with a friend of mine about a week ago after work, and we waited about 45 minutes for a table. The ribs were fantastic and the ambiance was great (even if it was a littler hipster-esque).
