Graciously handled table change request in manner that impressed giving hope to Sino-American relations. Food is also polished with the gleam that accompanies dishes correctly finished in the wok. Fin four with jellyfish, octopus and meats was an excellent starter. Steamed sea bass with cured ham was cooked perfectly. Braised short ribs in clay pot were tender and deeply flavored. Best- Mustard greens in clear savory broth. Wonderful reislings.

While the fish is fresh - there was little creativity in the preparation. The entrees are good, but predictible. Maybe I have come to expect too much from the many fabulous restaurants in Las Vegas, but this one held no 'pleasant surprises' but was perfectly acceptable.

  • The food was really good but pretty standard chinese (think take-out). But their cocktails?! UNREALLLL. Their dragonfruit mojito thingy is possibly the most delicious thing I had the whole time I was in Vegas. Their servers are really funny and on top of refilling your water every time you take a sip. I guess so you don't go thirsty in the desert. I'd go back just for that one cocktail!!

The evening started out a little slowly with a 15 minute wait until we were first served water; still no waiter. 20 Minutes into the dinner, eureka. Service quickly ramped-up from there and ended up being quite acceptable with a respectable pace and outstanding main courses. Soups were impeccably spiced as were the appetizers. Cocktail service was a bit too slow with a virtual inability to deliver on the concept of an "extra dry" martini.
