Enjoy a taste of Colorado at Firebirds, featuring cuisine with a southwestern flair where the atmosphere is every bit as inviting as the food. House favorites include wood grilled specialties such as hand-cut steaks grilled over the open flame, herb roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, rotisserie chicken, homemade pasta, wood fired burgers and oversized salads. The building itself is reminiscent of an Aspen lodge, with exposed wooden beams and stacked stone columns. At the heart of the cozy bar and lounge sits an oversized stone fireplace where guests can relax and warm themselves by the fire.

This is one of my favorite restaurants! Their prime rib is the best in the whole metro area. But call ahead because they often run out because it is so popular. Their salads are fresh and they add sugared pecans for a nice touch. The service is always great. The only thing I have not tried is their deserts. The food is so good I never have any room left for desert. Also has a nice ambiance and a complete wine list. Try sitting by the outdoor fire

Great place for lunch. Have not been for dinner, but they offer a fairly nice wine list at half price per bottle on Monday.
